| DCC CAMPUS was founded by the late Mr K.M. Naidoo in the early 1990’s in the vicinity of Grey Street, Durban. The company was purposed to address the dire need for education and training of youth, with emphasis on the information technology (IT), and Business sector. Operation of the campus began with a staffing compliment of less than 10 staff members. |
| Within less than a decade, DCC CAMPUS expanded its operations by acquiring land and buildings at 384 Smith (Now Anton Lembede Street) Street, Durban. The company initially began its operations by offering accredited IT and Business related courses. However due to the demands of the technologically changing market, the Campus was given accreditation to offer courses in the Travel and Tourism, Hotel and Catering, and other sectors. As student numbers increased, DCC Campus further acquired Land and Buildings opposite 384 Anton Lembede Street, Durban. Sadly Mr K.M. Naidoo passed away during 2007, and ownership of DCC Campus was acquired by Mr V. Juglal. Under the strategic vision and leadership of Mr V. Juglal, (current C.E.O.), DCC Campus continued to progress to reach its present position. The Campus boasts an array of Further Education, Higher Education and Short Courses. In addition the courses on offer, DCC has partnered with various professional bodies such as the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers (ICB), and Companies such as Microsoft. Furthermore, the Campus is host to well structured departments, and an array of professional lecturers with adequate industry experience. With a rich history and strong foundation, coupled with dynamic leadership DCC Campus is well established and is renowned for offering quality courses and exceptional service. |
